Young Entrepreneur Bazaar + Food Fair

Terms / Conditions
1.     1. The event will be held at Penang Times Square on the 4 & 5th June 2011  from 10am-10pm.
2.     2. Vendors are to share 20% profit earned as for the rental of the booth.
3.     3. RM50 of refundable deposit will be charged and to be returned on 5th June 2011 only if the vendor turns up on the event day.
4.     4. The vendor will be provided 2 table , 4 chair, electrical usage and accessing to the facilities in Penang Times Square
5.    Additional table(s) or chair(s) will cost extra RM10 and RM5 each respectively.
6.     5. All decorations/merchandizes/booth setup will be held own responsible.
7.     6. Jazzada Solution will direct traffics for the vendors through media publications, radio announcements, stage announcements, flyers, banners and roadshows here in Penang.
8.     7. Vendors are also advised that the expected crowd may reach up to 20,000 people.
9.     8. Any lost item/product and accident/injury occurred are to be held own responsible.
10   9. Vendors have to make sure that hygiene and cleanliness of the booth surrounding will always be taken into concern.
11  10. Vendor is to attach a photocopied I/C with the registration form to make the reservation.

Penang Times Square open stage area at 9pm - 11pm to know the result.

Alternatively: You may submit the registration fees at Penang Times Square 
[Ground Floor, Information counter] 9th-30th May 2011, 1pm to 5pm.

sorry , Rm50 is just for deposit only. We will taking 20% of your full days sale.
